What exactly does Polesworth do?

Polesworth connects to your exchange accounts and wallets to give you a consolidated view of your holdings, along with AI-generated analysis of allocation, risk exposure, and performance trends. We present information to support your own decisions — we don't place trades or manage funds on your behalf.

Which exchanges and wallets are supported?

Polesworth supports a range of major exchanges and wallet types through secure, read-only connections. The list of supported integrations is maintained within the product and updated as new connections are added.

Do I need to give Polesworth control of my funds?

No. Connections are read-only wherever the exchange or wallet supports it, meaning Polesworth can view balances and transaction history but cannot withdraw, transfer, or trade assets. You remain in full control of your accounts at all times.

Is my account and portfolio data secure?

We apply industry-standard practices for encrypting data in transit and at rest, and we limit the permissions requested from connected accounts to the minimum needed for analysis. No system is completely risk-free, so we recommend reviewing the permissions granted to any third-party app, including ours.

How does the AI analysis work?

Our models process your aggregated holdings and historical data to surface patterns such as concentration risk, correlation between assets, and deviations from your stated targets. The output is intended as a decision-support tool, not financial advice, and should be weighed alongside your own research.

Is Polesworth a financial advisor?

No. Polesworth provides analytical tools and information. We are not a registered investment advisor, and nothing within the platform should be interpreted as personalized financial, tax, or legal advice. Consider speaking with a qualified professional for decisions specific to your situation.

What does it cost to use Polesworth?

Pricing details and available plans are presented during sign-up and within your account settings. We aim to keep pricing clear and visible before you commit to anything.

Can I disconnect my accounts at any time?

Yes. You can revoke access to any connected exchange or wallet at any time, either from within Polesworth or directly from the exchange's own security settings. Disconnecting stops future data syncing.

Does Polesworth work across multiple devices?

Polesworth is accessed through the web, so you can log in from any device with a browser and an internet connection. Your portfolio view stays consistent across sessions since the data lives on our servers, not locally on a device.

What happens if an exchange connection fails or goes out of date?

Occasionally an API key may expire or an exchange may change its connection requirements. When this happens, Polesworth will flag the affected account so you can refresh or reconnect it, without affecting the data already stored for other accounts.

Can I export my portfolio data?

Depending on your plan, you can export summaries of your holdings and historical performance for your own records or for use with other tools. Export options are available from within your account dashboard.

How do I get help if I run into an issue?

You can reach our team using the contact details listed in the footer of this site. We aim to respond to inquiries as promptly as possible, though response times may vary.
